Wedge Nuts (Box of 100)
Wedge Nuts (Box of 100) are also known as V Nuts are placed in the ‘V’ channel of hollow ribbed decking and are tapped to accept threaded rods/bolts. They are fast and easy to install and can be done by hand without the need for tools.
They are used when suspending threaded rod and pipe clips and are tapped to facilitate the use of threaded bar (studding) and bolts.
The use of a Wedge Nut eliminates the need for any drilling, reducing installation time. They allow the contractor to retrofit services, without the requirement for further penetrations.
Finish: Zinc Plated to BS 7371-1:2009.
