AB17/P1033 90 Degree Unistrut T Bracket with 4 holes, used to fix Unistrut or equivalent channel systems at a 90-degree angle with set bolts and zebs (long spring channel nuts).

Other methods of use, can be to hang a threaded rod by fixing to an existing strut or Purlin with tek screws (Self Drilling Screws), set bolts, penny washers, and flange nuts.
